These terms govern your use of the PharmaPlus website and any orders placed through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. PharmaPlus is operated by PharmaPlus Kenya, registered at Westlands Business Park, Suite 512, Waiyaki Way, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya.
2. Products
All products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through our online order form by providing your name and phone number. After you submit an order, our team will call you within 30 minutes to confirm details and delivery address. Payment is made in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of the product (Pay on Delivery). No upfront payment is required.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes. Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may change without notice. The price confirmed during your verification call is the final price you pay.
5. Delivery
We deliver across all 47 counties in Kenya. Estimated delivery times:
- Nairobi and major cities: 1–3 business days
- Other locations: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if:
- The product arrived damaged or with a broken seal
- You received the wrong product
- You are unsatisfied with the product (unused, in original packaging)

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts in Nairobi.
